ABOUT ADAM LONGDEN

Adam Longden was born in Derby, England. He moved way out in the sticks to the edge of Nottinghamshire at the age of four.

 The East Midlands countryside that he grew up in clearly had a profound effect on Adam. It provides the background for the majority of his fiction work.

From as long as Adam can remember he has been obsessed with music, reading books, writing and, slightly later, film; all of which influence and pervade his fictional work and characters.

 Despite being a full-time chef, Adam has also penned three yet-to-be-released novellas, and is currently working on a new novel, separate to 'The Caterpillar Girl' series.

 Adam has three children, is a massive Liverpool FC fan, likes walking in woods, keeping fit, hot curries, cocktails and cats.
